To mark 2017’s Mother’s Day, Power Oil organised one of the biggest parties in town for mothers across four major cities in Nigeria simultaneously in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin and Port Harcourt.

The special event brought mothers from all walks of life together to unwind and feel specially celebrated by the brand, alongside their children who participated in the #MommyDearest Campaign and won invites for them.

Power Oil #MommyDearest Campaign was specifically designed to give mothers a treat and the opportunity to relax with their children who took part in the contest of sharing the most remarkable experience/ lesson learnt from their mum.

We received over 2000 entries & top 50 entries were selected from them to be invited to the event.

Miss Blessing Paul, who came with her mother, said: “I had been thinking about what I could do to celebrate my mother this year for her unflinching support and this opportunity came at the right time, I am happy she had a good time and I am certain she wouldn’t forget this in a hurry.

Each woman went home with a surprise #MummyDearest gift bag at the end of the night
